Charlotte and her littermates are a casualty of Hurricane Irene. They had been taken care of at the emergency shelter in New Bern. PMR is thankful that we were able to help these little guys. Despite their rough start, the pups are all playful and happy, and enjoying their safe, warm foster home. 

Charlotte is one of the more low-key pups of the bunch and a real lady.  She especially likes to be held and will follow you everywhere. Charlotte is still very young so it will be a couple weeks before she is ready to be adopted, but if you would like to give this little trooper a permanent, loving home - please fill out an adoption application and come meet her!  You won't be disappointed.
