Joey was found as a stray, he was picked up by the local shelter. He was filthy, skin and bones and come to find out the poor guy has heart worms. At this point, Joey has been groomed and fully vaccinated, he gets examined and neutered 1/20. The rescue has started his heart-worm medication, We do cover heart-worm treatment in full even after adoption!  So far he loves all people he’s met, just a little scared and confused at first. We believe he was probably kept out side and maybe not cared for that well. Despite all of that, he has been such a good boy so far, he likes to chew on bones, but he’s unsure of what toys are. He does well in crate and on leash! 
he deserves a loving family to live out his years! OH, and he enjoys watching tv!! Haha!
