Bernie is a sweet and smart puppy. His foster mom says he and his sister Echo are the smartest puppies she has ever seen and that's alot because she's a vet tech. They love to play in the yard, play with their foster siblings and lie in foster mommy's bed and in her arms as she coos and makes bab talk with them.
