Rocko is a doll.  Male or not, he's a doll.  Very sweet and loving.  The 'typical' lap dog.   Snuggles and kisses galore.  Rocko has had to get a close shave after his prior owners tried a homestyle cut on him.  Let's just say haircuts are better left to the professionals!  He gets along well with cats and other dogs but he is a little hesitant with larger dogs initially.  He tends to shy away from them until he is really sure about their demeanor.  I'd say that's a pretty good  plan when you're a little bit!  He loves his humans and in true small dog fashion, follows you everywhere.  Rocko is a young dog and would benefit from some manners training.  He's not bad by any means but there is room for improvement, mostly in the kitchen.  I think it's fair to say that this pup has had his fair share of people food.  Because Rocko is a small dog we will only adopt him to families without children or with older kids.  If you are looking for a great little forever friend, it doesn't get much cuter than Rocko.
