Hershey is a four year old little lady with lots of love to give. At her foster home she is very sweet with her senior foster sister and brother. She is a very well mannered, waits to eat until she is told, knows that she should wait before going out the door, knows sit, lay down, stay and after her human sister spent a few minutes with her, she also knows how to do the army low crawl. Hershey is very attentive to her humans and house, she will bark at strangers and since she grew up mainly in the yard gets a little loud when dogs or humans approach the perimeter of her house, she isn't aggressive though. 
Hershey loves going for car rides and likes to swim. 
Her foster family is sure Hershey will be an awesome companion dog she is about to start heartworm treatment but if the right forever home would be wiling to go through heartworm treatment with her she can be adopted during the treatment. Hershey finds cats just a bit too exciting so she has to be in a home without cats.
