Carmel was an owner surrender, she was very scared when we pulled her from the shelter but she is coming out of her shell and enjoying life. She is a very sweet laid back girl and just wants to cuddle with you. She is still a little shy but is becoming more comfortable everyday. She gets along great with all the other dogs in her foster home which range in all sizes and ages.  Her picture doesn't do her justice, you need to meet her and you will see what a great little dog she is. She weighs around 12lbs.
