Herald is one smart little puppy! He picks up commands and has incredible focus for such a young dog. While he likes to play, he's much more likely to want to do training games and use his brain. He knows sit, shake, and down very well and is working on stay. Even though Herald likes to go out and meet new people around town, at home he wants to know his person is nearby and doesn't like to be left behind by that person. He's very well behaved in stores and around groups of people but doesn't like to be fussed over. He's very wary about small children so would not do well in a home with them but he's fine with the older kids who can approach him carefully. He does love playing and running with dogs at daycare and does very well there.  
He has no problems in the car and is happy to play copilot or snooze in the back..
