Daenerys is a young little girl who is about as sweet as they come! If she could be in your lap 24/7, that is exactly where she would be. She is a pretty laid back girl who just wants to be near her people, but she will have short bursts of energy where she plays with other dogs or runs around the yard. She is completely house and crate trained and walks like a dream on a leash. She is relatively quiet for her breed, so we think she would do well in an apartment setting or in a single family home; she barks when very excited (when you come home!) or occasionally when meeting a new dog. She is nervous when meeting large dogs and can get on the offensive at first, but given time, she has made friends with every dog she's met, large and small. She does not seem to notice or care about the cats that she has met, but if you have cats, we will be sure to introduce her to make sure they'll get along. She has also been very sweet with all children she's met so far, but due to her size and her nature, the motions and sounds of small children might be overwhelming for her. Older children are preferred, but we will not rule out a home with young children who know how to behave around timid dogs.
