Poor miss Isra had a rough start and someone tied a rope around her neck at a very young age and never took it off. By the time she arrived at animal control many months later, the rope had become so embedded in her neck that it had to be surgically removed. She has now had the medical care that she needs and is well on her way to recovery. Isra is now all healed up from her wounds and is having a ball with her doggie friends and is learning that people are not so bad, especially when they have food!
