Sir Charles, Charlie to his buddies, has adjusted quickly to his foster home.  He gets along well with his other canine roomie.  While the feline residents are oblivious to Charlie, Charlie is still not too sure if they are to be friend or foe.  Mostly, he just hides behind his foster mom's legs when he sees one of the cats stroll by.

Charlie has had exposure to children over the age of 10 and enjoys their company.  When invited visitors come to the house, Charlie takes note from the humans and welcomes them.  Otherwise, he carefully checks them out and keeps his eye on them just in case they were not invited, or they suddenly turn into one of those weird cats. 

Sir Charles looks forward to his two walks a day and is quickly becoming a hit with the neighbors for his charm and sweet disposition.
