Charlie is such a sweetie and a huge love bug!  He thinks he's a lap dog and if you let him, he will crawl right into your lap for some hugs and kisses.  

Charlie is great with our three children, though due to his size and strength may not be a good fit for young children.  He is cratetrained and housbroken, knows his basic commands, has great doggy manners and is also very good with our senior lab.  Charlie rides well in the car and does well on a leash.

Charlie is an all around great dog!  You couldn't ask for a sweeter, calmer, smarter dog that is beyond that nippy, chewing puppy stage.  This young man doesn't have an aggressive bone in his body.  What a sweetie!

He does have separation anxiety and can not be crated.  We are working on this, but he will require some continued work to help him learn to be more comfortable when his people leave the home.  

UPDATE:  Charlie has completed his heartworm treatment and is now feree of all activity restrictions, he will just need to be retested 6 months after completing the treatment.
