Chloe was surrendered to an employee at a local vet because her family was having difficulty getting her and their children to see eye to eye. She is a very rambunctious little dog with a big personality, as you might have guessed from her two breeds. Since she has been in her foster home, she has been on several outings and done very well with children. We think that she would do best in a family with older kids, but we won't discount a family with younger kids who know how to behave with dogs.

Because she's so young, she has quite a bit of energy. She'll practically force you to chase her in circles around the yard, and she plays fetch like it's her job. This also means that she gets bored easily, and she will find something to chew on if nothing is provided for her. She will need training, so be sure that you're ready for an overgrown puppy. (She IS potty trained, however; she will actually ring a bell when she wants to go out!) We would love for her to go to a home with a fenced yard so that her chase games don't get out of control. :)

She gets along well with other dogs, especially if they're near her size so that she can play! We are currently working to make her less territorial with food (never toward humans, only toward other dogs), and she has already made great progress.
