Twinkie and her siblings were abandoned at the door of a county animal shelter when they were only 5 weeks old. The note attached said that they were shih-tzu puppies but it appears that they also have chihuahua in them. Luckily PMR was able to rescue them and get them safely settled into a foster home where they are working on getting strong and ready to venture out on their own. Their big round eyes are absolutely irresistable! Wouldn't you like to give this little girl a permanent loving home? If so, please fill out our online application.
