Dollar is a very sweet, loving dog. He is doing really well with his training and has proven to be very smart and quick to learn! He loves to please and will do anything for some love. We have been working on his interactions with other dogs and he has done WONDERFULLY! He was unable to be around other dogs when he first came in, but we are happy to report that he has been able to be in daycare a few times and has done really well! He still has a couple of little issues here and there and we are working on his focus. He absolutely, hands down, LOVES his sister. They are the definition of best friends. Seeing them run and wrestle together is a truly beautiful thing. He loves people and just wants some love. He has mastered "sit" "off/down", pretty good on "come" and rides very well in the car. We have begun some crate training, although it is difficult due to the fact that he is in a boarding facility. He needs the time and attention that a loving, commited home can provide. Due to that fact, we are unsure how "housebroken" he is, but we are certain if he isn't already, he would be very soon. We would LOVE to see these two adopted together, as their bond is unbelievable, but we realize they may be split up. Dollar deserves a home with someone who will give him the love, attention and commitment he deserves. He would do ok with another dog, given that they had a proper introduction as he can take a little while to warm up with some dogs.

• Dollar was abandoned by his previous owners with his sister when they were 5 months old at Suite Paws Pet Resort in Raleigh. They had no medical care prior to the day they came in, and were only given their shots because the kennel required them. The owners never returned to get them.
