Rosie is a sweet little puppy who is the favorite of everyone in her foster home neighborhood, especially the children.  She loves to play but is also fairly independent and entertains herself very well.  She also is a good girl when she is left alone for short periods.  Rosie gets along great with other dogs and even the two cats she lives with in her foster home.  Won't you give her a forever home of her own?
