Franco is a sweet boy who loves to play with his foster big brothers and sisters and also the cats. He keeps up very well with the bigger dogs and wants to be in the middle of everything. He doesn't like being excluded from anything. He is all puppy with lots of energy but when he gets tuckered out he likes to curl up in your lap.  He needs someone who will give him lots of exercise and love, if you are this person please fill out an application.
