Santino is a gorgeous boy but will need a very special home.  Santino came to us at about 5 months old from a hoarding situation out of Greenville, SC.  He clearly had no human interaction at all when we got him and was scared to death of people.  We have been working on socializing him for many months now and he has made improvements but still has a long way to go.  Santino will need to go to a home with adults only in a quiet household and with someone that has lots of time, lots of dog experience and even more patience.  He has never shown any aggression towards people, he basically just shuts down and freezes when he is touched which is truly sad. 

Santino is great with other dogs and loves to play.  He would do best in a home where there were other dogs as they seem to make him more at ease.
