Gilligan is the perfect combination of a great kisser and a great athlete.  In his foster home, he likes to select a toy, then run around the yard with it to entice others to chase him.  He is very playful and although he has only seen a cat thru a fence, it was obvious he wanted to play with it.  Gilligan has the typical beagle howl and an amazingly cute head tilt that turns most people to mush when he does it.
