Tira is a happy, social puppy of about 19 weeks of age (3/29/2010). She is an active terrier type and needs ample exercise and  play time to stay out of trouble.

She is good with other dogs and thinks the new cat is rather interesting - and of course, will give chase if the cat runs (it really does appear to be a funny looking puppy up for a game of chase)!

She is crate-trained, leash-trained and house-broken in her foster home. As with most young pups, she may get a bit confused at a new home until she is shown a few times where the "out" door is. She has started obedience training and does "sit" and "down" with a small treat. She is eager to please and loves all people. She loved getting out and about to some of the local parks.

She needs a home with kids 8+ -- due to her energy level and terrier desire to jump!

She's been spayed, dewormed, up to date with age appropriate vaccinations, and on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives.
