Meet Eleanor – A Playful, Smart Retriever-Hound Mix Looking for Her Match

Eleanor is a happy, affectionate, and athletic young pup who’s as clever as she is charming. At just 9 months old, she’s already mastered “sit,” “paw,” “come,” and is working on “lie down,” “stay,” and even “foot” (for her back paws!). She’s eager to learn, food-motivated, and thriving in her foster home.

About Eleanor:

✅ Great with other dogs – playful and social

Loves toys, running, and working on new commands

Very smart, eager to please, and highly trainable

She is fast, athletic, and loves to zoom

Pulls on leash when excited, especially at parks, but improving daily

Good with kids (but she may come on a little strong but it’s all love)

Eleanor has a goofy, affectionate personality and gets excited to meet new people. She’s not aggressive at all, just young and still learning polite greetings. With structure and regular exercise, she’ll be an incredible lifelong companion.
