Gemma has learned to trust humans again! Gemma is very well mannered, entirely house-trained, loves walks and even walks calmly and on a loose leash. She's fine around children, but is exceptionally loyal to the lady of the house. She loves car rides and going out with foster mom and dad to many events like outdoor restaurants and live music where she mostly chills out, laying at feet and awaiting occasional tasty leftovers. Gemma has come a long way in a short time. She was found on a property with her three puppies where she was dumped. It is thought that she used to live in a home, but wasn't treated well. Given her background, once adopted, she may take a little bit to readjust to the new home - not unlike any rescue. With patience and love, Gemma will absolutely make an amazing contribution to a ny calm home.
