Meet Murphy! Murphy is a resident at Blue Ridge Boxer Rescue. He was adopted as a puppy but returned at 2 years old.  Because he appears to be a bully breed, he has had a hard time getting adopted from a boxer rescue.

This sweet boy is currently available for adoption through Blue Ridge Boxer Rescue. While we know he doesn’t quite resemble the other pups in the rescue, we are firm believers that all pups deserve a chance! After all, rescue is truly our favorite breed! 

Murphy is 3 years old. He was adopted out of the rescue as a puppy but returned at 2 years old. His perfect forever home has proven hard to come by as he requires a home with adults only as well as being the only pet. Due to these requirements, Murphy has been in boarding for about a year. He’s doing as well as can be expected , but long term boarding is not an ideal life for any dog. Blue Ridge Boxer Rescue is committed to ensuring that this sweet boy knows love again.
