Chipper got his name because just look at that smile on his freedom ride from his hoarding breeder situation, we just know he'll be a chipper little man. He has been a bit scared with all the changes but has thrived wonderfully. He's now up to date on everything and nuetered, soon to get the stitches removed. He has gotten along very well with all the littles at his fosters house and with all the two-leggers he's met. This beautiful boy is ready to join your family and become the center of attention.
