Penelope is a playful puppy still. She's loves all her foster siblings, small and large. She's okay with children and the foster cat. She's still learning her manners but is very smart and eager to learn and please. She's a cuddle bug when she wants to be, and really been fun to have around. She'll be a wonderful addition to any family.
