Who is looking for a sassy little cookies and cream Chihuahua?   It’s rare to get purebred dogs in rescue.   This poor guy was surrendered after his owner had a stroke.  He is five years old and will be fully vetted.   Like many Chihuahuas, he has a strong personality and will not be good with children.  He needs a home with a quiet adult where he can get all the attention.
