Meet Winter-- this gorgeous 2 year old girl lost her home due to no fault of her own when her owner moved away.  She is the complete package-- house-trained; crate-trained; non-aggressive; and snuggly. Winter prefers to sleep with her humans but she will also easily sleep in her crate. 

Winter does have a hearing impairment, which is common in 30% of white boxers, but it doesn't stop her! She knows several hand signals and has proven herself to be super smart and will be easy to continue to train. The upside of her being deaf is that there is no barking at all when the doorbell rings!! 

One of her favorite things is to go on a car ride. Winter walks well on a leash EXCEPT when she sees a squirrel--and then it's game on.  Her foster mom has found that even though Winter is still quite young, she is able to match the energy of the people she is with. She does like to walk and run outside and play with dog friends, but she is equally happy to be a couch potato with you IF you let her snuggle. She gives the best hugs!

Winter LOVES to love and be loved. She loves all humans, especially kids, in fact, Winter gets so excited to see the kids and she can easily knock down a smaller child.  Winter loves other dogs of all sizes. She is a staff favorite at her doggy daycare!  Winter also likes cats, but they aren't her biggest fan. She cannot resist playing chase with them, so we suggest she be around very confident cats only. 

Winter is spayed, heartworm negative and up to date on all vaccines.  She has everything but a forever home.  Might that be.. you?
