Sassafrass aka 'Sassy' is a beautiful 4 year old Catahoula mix.  She is spayed and up to date on all vaccines.  Her owner is rehoming her due to a personal change in circumstances and due to no fault of her own.

She is 100% potty and house-trained and knows lots of tricks. Her training is food- and sound-motivated. She loves to cuddle, is playful, and is very loyal to her people. She enjoys her spa time: clipping her nails, cleaning her ears, bathing her, etc. She walks well on a leash. She will pull for a couple of minutes at first but then will calm down.

She has been an only dog but enjoys dog parks, typically one on one dates with submissive males, not as much with females. She can be territorial over food and toys.

Sassy is particularly very receptive to women; she is timid with men at first, but once she gets to know them, she adores them and bonds to them!

She is allergic to chicken and requires a quality brand of dog food.

Sassy will come with bags of food, treats, as well as previous medications, grooming supplies, nail clippers, a dog bed, baby gate, toys, and other items.
