Pepper is a sweet cuddly mama who came to Pawfect from a rural shelter in Orangeburg. Her baby duties are over, and so now she is free to live a life of leisure! Pepper loves everyone and is just the sweetest girl. She is calm, quiet, leash-trained, and loves cats. She LOVES her toys and treats them like her babies. She brings them outside one by one and puts them in piles, and visits periodically before taking them inside at bedtime! Foster home says: "I've fostered for years and truthfully I'm not lying when I say she is a dream dog....if I didn't have my crazy little farm of critters and weren't trying to downsize for future retirement, I'd keep her in a hot minute"
