Gizmo aka Gizzie is a sweet but shy boy that loves toys, running around in the yard, getting head rubs, playing with other dogs, and anything with peanut butter.   He will “sing for his supper” and is very sensitive.  

Gizzie LOVES all dogs and wants to play, play, play.  He needs a home with another doggie friend.

He was a stray until approximately 6 mos old— and so is very shy around people at first.   He is still confused about the purpose of a leash, but will walk nicely after about 5 minutes.  We are working on his housetraining—we are 90% there! He has learned his doggie door well.

While Gizzie would love it If you invited him for a snuggle on the bed or couch, he is also happy laying in a dog bed.  

Gizmo loves to chew— keep those sandals off the floor!  But if provided with enough toys he will be happy to chew on those.  

Gizzie is very smart and learned the doggie door with no instruction.   He will make a loving family member and just needs someone to help him grow his confidence.  He would do best as a companion to another young dog.
