Who wants a small/medium dog that **adores** people?

Theo is a friendly, easy-going boy that can be well-mannered to other dogs in public- but gets jealous over time and needs to live in a home without other dogs.

He is cat-friendly, listens to commands, has great leash manners, and is potty-trained.

Theo shouldn't be crated as it causes much anxiety.  But separation anxiety can be easily treated with a pill.  He just loves so hard!
