This gorgeous boy loves to be held and spend time with his human companions. He skitters around to avoid collision and is always grateful to be picked up, find a comfortable lap, and be held. He is intelligent and likes to have a job to do or to play with his favorite ball. He takes a little time to adjust to new people and new surroundings, but once he gets comfortable he relaxes and enjoys your company. He is still working on his potty training in his foster home as he learns his new routine. Perhaps some of the structure he was unable to have in his early life. We love Rome and know that he is a good boy who deserves a loving forever home filled with patience and kindness. He is sure to give lots of joy in return.
