Raine is a beautiful black lab girl with the most gorgeous shiny black coat. She gives the best hugs and loves with all of her heart. She loves other dogs and loves people more than you can imagine. She is in great shape but was found by the interstate. It's hard to imagine how she ended up there when she is as loving, sweet and well behaved as she is.
