Oscar is 1 year old; he is tiny and loving. He is a bit skiddish but likes to play and explore on his own when he feels safe (he almost understands the concept of fetch). He enjoys being picked up and held and he loves lap time. He also has the cutest little trot when he walks! He is generally scared of new people and will seek comfort and safety with those he’s comfortable with.
