Hi, my name is Oscar! I am a brave, beautiful boy who loves to go on adventures. I am missing my back right foot, they think my mother may have taken it off, but it doesn't slow me down one bit.  My foster mommy says I am the fastest puppy she has ever met! I love to be held and give kisses. Most of all I love to run and play and explore. I am a very active boy and I love every person and dog I meet.
