Hi...my name is Cargo! Anytime you see me my tail is wagging! I am a sweet, happy boy that LOVES to play! I love to play ball, I love to play tug-of-war, and I love to play with other dogs. I'm a little guy, but I'm not scared of my 85 pound foster brother at all! When I'm alone I like to snuggle. I am working on going to the bathroom,  but I'm still little, so I make mistakes sometimes. I also almost have sit. I just get so excited when there are treats around I can't help myself!
