Lana came to the rescue very pregnant, very scared and heartworm positive. She is a sweet girl who is learning to enjoy being petted. She was sent to the rescue by her owners who surrendered her after being approached by good Samaritans. Several other puppies were surrendered along wiith an adult male. She took some time but has learned to trust her foster mom and now sleeps in the bed & expects that love and attention. Her furever family will need to be patient and allow her to build that confidence and trust in them. Lana has had it pretty rough in her short life but she is on to bigger and better things with Pawfect Match and in search of her forever home. We are taking care of the heartworms so that's no worry.
