Hi my name is Gracie and I am about 4 years old. I’m a beautiful petite hound mix about 45lbs. I’m already house broken, love my crate, and know how to walk on a leash. #WINNER I also love being around other dogs- even the wild puppy that lives with me! Life hasn’t always been easy so it does take me some time to warm up. I’m shy and scared in new situations, and trusting is hard for me. But, my foster momma says I’m so very sweet and I’m learning that getting love and attention is actually pretty nice- also curling up on the couch next to her is a pretty sweet spot! I LOVE being outside but loud noises startle me so I need to stay on a leash or have a 6 foot fence and be supervised as I am a runner!  I do have a very mild case of heartworms but don’t worry I take my meds like a champ and it doesn’t affect me at all. I can walk for days and run crazy fast! I would do best in a quieter home, preferably with no men, and preferably with at least one other dog as a companion. I will need some time to settle in and warm up. I also much prefer women to men. Could you be the key to help me finish healing and continue to show me how wonderful life can be… I still have so much love to give.
