Elli is a loving and tender-hearted baby with a really amazing disposition. She wants nothing more than for you to tell her how cute she is and to be cuddled up right next to you for a nap. As with any puppy Elli has quite a bit of energy and if you get her excited she will get in a really playful mood- for this reason Elli would be best suited for a family without small children. She will jump for toys and pretend to fetch for a while. When Elli first returned to us we had to feed her several smalls meals a day in order to keep her from over indulging.We have since gone back to feeding her twice a day with snacks and treats in between. Elli is fantastic around other dogs, no matter the size and does well playing with them. She loves her two big foster brothers and likes to spend time with them but also loves being a big foster sister as well. Elli currently has 4 foster babies that she helps take care of and she does a great job letting me know when the babies make a noise. She really is a wonderful dog- she is vibrant and full of energy. Elli is very smart and will catch on to things very quickly! This baby would do best in an active home. We go on unleashed family hikes around my property and Elli LOVES being outdoors. Her preferred outdoor spot is any spot with good sunlight. Elli has come a long way from our initial meet- she takes a a few hours to warm up to people but then she truly believes that those are HER PEOPLE.  Elli is up to date on all vaccinations and Deworming. She recently had Rabies vaccination, which is valid for 1 year. Elli was adopted as an eight week old but was returned through no fault of her own after her human mom became sick.
