How do you spell precious? Well we spell it S-a-m-m-I-e. Talk about a picture of sweetness. Sammie is a bundle of bouncy joy who likes to play, be held and sometimes just to sit and watch tv. Her curly white locks are as soft as cotton. She is a happy girl who always seems to have a smile on her face. This is a far cry from her humble beginnings. Sammie was sold as a baby and then her left eye was severely damaged by a larger dog. She was surrendered at the shelter due to her damaged eye. Pawfect Match Rescue “Came to the Rescue”. There was surgery to remove her damaged eye, and the Veterinarian literally said that she “woke up happy”. She was pain free for the first time in a long time. Sammie will make a wonderful and loving companion to the right family. She can walk on her leash with her harness and does good on car rides. While she is fully functional, happy and normal, we will want to ensure that she has a good home where she will continue to be safe and happy.
