Roo is a ball of white fur who was born in the rescue after we rescued his mother from a shelter in Craven County. Mom, Rory, was there after being pulled from a hoarding situation. Roo is a cutie pie and sweet boy who loves to run and play with his brother and sit on your lap and give cuddles and kisses.
