Hitch came to us via a neglect/abuse case in Franklin County.  He has had very little human interaction or structure in his life.  He is coming along so well in his foster home, learning how to dog and be inside and loved by his people.
Once he settles in we'll get him in to our vet for a good once over, neuter and check his heartworm status.
