Rockey is a sweet little guy.  He's a little skittish around new people but once he warms up he is in your lap and your BFF.
Rockey appears to be housebroken, walks well on leash, and does well with the dogs in his foster home albeit there are alot of them and he's a bit taken aback :)  He's a great size too!
He's new to the rescue so we'll give him time to settle in and let his personality come through.
