Hi! I am Luna and I love you already!  I am the most affectionate girl who simply wants to be with you and give you all of my love and attention.  I am happiest when I can climb in your lap and get a belly rub.  If you stop my belly rub, I will push my nose under your hand to get you going again!  Although my foster mom hasn't had me long she has learned that I already know sit, walk well on a leash, and I must be housebroken because I only had one accident in the house on my first day!  I sleep all night in my crate and during the day when my foster mom is at work.  If you’re home, I am quite vocal and start singing in a high soprano voice if I can see you! I just love being with you so much I want you to know it! 

My foster mom says I must have some Whippet in my blood because I can run like the wind -so a fenced yard would be fantastic! I would also probably do great at agility classes or with someone who likes to bike, walk/run and maintain an active lifestyle.  I like other dogs but I really want them to play with me, so I tend to annoy my older foster sister.  If you already have a perky puppy we should do fine, but I can be a bit stingy with my toys, so I recommend keeping a close eye on me when I'm playing with others.  I will try to be the alpha, but I do great with a strong pack leader.  I have only seen an outside cat, and I did want to chase it, so I might not be too good with smaller creatures. (If your kitty gave me one good swipe across my nose though, I do learn pretty quickly so it might be ok?) Oh! I like the older children at my foster home too!  If I left anything out, my foster mom would love to talk to you and answer any questions you might have.
