Julia is a beautiful little girl who came to us from a rural shelter where she was surrendered along with her 4 siblings and her mom.  She loves to play with all of her foster siblings and loves to play hide and seek.  She is funny and goofy and will make you laugh.  She is waiting for her forever home and her forever people.
