Meet Gracie! She came to us pregnant and delivered 4 beautiful puppies. She has been a great mom even though she is a babe herself. She has been vetted and estimated to be no more than a year and a half at most. She is on the smaller side of a medium sized dog and is around 30lbs.  We have listed her as a cattle dog mix but really have no clue what she’s a mix of. She most definitely does NOT have the energy level or prey drive typical of that breed. 

Gracie is very sweet and most definitely wants your affection. She would be happy for you to love on her all day. Belly rubs being a particular favorite! She is calm and reserved in personality with eyes that seek your acceptance. Gracie is shy in new situations and needs your reassurance. Some of this may be because she is always on alert for her pups needs and is unsettled when away from them. She has been introduced to other dogs and is shy with them as well. I think once she is without the responsibility of motherhood she will settle in and learn the joys of just being a dog.  Gracie doesn’t have a mean bone in her body. She is happy to see people of all sizes! She’s a lover for sure, only needs a family who has the patience to help bring her out of her shell. 

Gracie is currently still nursing her babies but will be finishing up her mom duties in a couple of weeks. If you are looking for a great dog who demands nothing but love to join your family, Gracie is your girl.
