Sobe and 24 other dogs were rescued from a cruelty/neglect case. PMR helped in this endeavor by taking in 6 of these dogs. Some have medical issues, all need dentals, none appear to be housebroken. Typical puppy mill/neglect dogs.
They are surprisingly social considering their history but will still need alot of love and patience as they adjust to new homes.
Our adoption fees on these dogs will be higher than the normal fee due to the extra medical costs they will incur to prepare them for their new homes.

Sobe is a young salt and pepper colored Havanese. She is very shy and skittish in new situations. She loves to play with the other dogs in her foster home and loves to go outside and romp around. Due to her skittish nature she will do well in a home without small children.
