This smart boy is so calm and laid back that he doesn't pay any attention to the neighbors chickens in his foster home or in the neighbor's yard!  If you want to see Watson come to life, watch him at meal time.  He gets quite happy and dances from foot-to-foot in happy anticipation of being fed.  

He does like to growl when the UPS man comes by with a package, but only enough to alert his people that someone is there.

While he didn't know what to do with a toy when he first went to his foster home, he is now very fond of them.  He has not torn up anything that he shouldn't have except for an occasional piece of paper that shouldn't have been on the floor to being with.

During hot weather, he likes to chill in kiddie pool and is a good swimmer.  He will lay down in a puddle as soon as he sees one!  During cold weather his preference is to lay on his human's bed with toys. He does fine in the house with his dog companion and is content to stay in the yard with her too.  A fenced-in yard is a must for Watson and 6' high one is preferred because in his early days in his foster home, he proved to be a creative escape artist.
 
While Watson does enjoy all humans, meal time, and toys, he does not necessarily get along with all dogs.  So multiple introductions would be best for Watson in a new home with another dog to ensure a good fit.  Watson would also do well as an only dog in a home.
