Meet Henry!  Henry is a good looking young adult male who is looking for a forever home. His current owners moved to Chicago and city life didn't work out well for him.   Henry loves to run and play fetch but without the scary sounds of buses and trains. He is well trained and loves his people. Older, more calm, kids he's fine with. Younger children, if they are loud or busy, may make him nervous. That was not the environment he grew up in so that would have to be carefully assessed. He is good with other dogs once they've gotten to know one another.  He may try to herd at times, not to be a pest only because it's in his blood. He will need exercise as he is young and spirited.  He would love a fenced in yard.  Henry does not care for thunderstorms and will stick close to you. A thunder-shirt may help with that.  He is a cuddler, affectionate and enjoys curling up in your lap. He is good at bath time and enjoys being brushed. Henry is not crate trained because he's never needed to be kept in a crate. His home manners are an A+.  Please consider giving this young man the good home he deserves.
