Lottie is a sweet girl - she is one of the puppies from Louisiana - the "swampies" as we like to call them - we suspect Lottie and her littermates will stay relatively small - their mom (Flossie Mae) is only about 15 lbs - Lottie has longer legs than Flossie Mae but looks a lot like her otherwise - Lottie is playful and silly.
